"Crafting the score for The 46ers has been a memorable experience. The finished soundtrack developed over three years of collaborative discussions between director Blake Cortright and me. As production progressed, his vision for the film became clearer and that helped us to focus the musical style for the score. Blake has a knack for big visuals, and I love to write music to match them. The final score ranges from simple melodies plucked on an acoustic guitar to full fledged orchestrations expressing the grandeur of the mountains. I hope you enjoy listening to this music as much as I have enjoyed making it for you."
